Our standard delivery charge is £9.95 for all UK Mainland, delivery times will vary depending on stock, but stock items are 2-4 days. Anything that must be shipped on a pallet will be subject to different shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout. If you require an item urgently, please contact us to check stock before purchasing.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, global shortages & Brexit we are experiencing delays in the supply chain so certain items have a longer lead time than usual. Again, if you require an item urgently please contact us beforehand to confirm a delivery time.
We keep large stocks of all types of compressors, dryers and filters but unfortunately do not have everything on the shelf. Once ordered or enquired about we can then confirm a delivery time.
Most orders are shipped on the same working day if received before 3pm and the items are in stock.
On receipt of orders ACP Store will process your order and send out an order confirmation email.
If you have received a damaged parcel via one of our couriers, please inform us within 48hrs (work days) via telephone (01964 544364), if you do not do this within this time we cannot raise any claim with the couriers, and unfortunately will not be able claim for you.
When your goods are received it is your job to make sure the items are checked on delivery and signed for damaged if they are not in good condition. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt and signing for damaged, photo evidence of the goods delivered damaged should be taken and sent to us too. If they are not we will be unable to rectify the issue and make a claim for you.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Any item you would like to return through no fault of our own such as ordering the wrong item or deciding you do not want it may be subject to a 20% handling and cancellation fee. To be eligible to return the part it must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. Any items not from stock may not be refundable depending on the manufacturer. You are responsible for paying any carriage for any returns to our store. For all returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process.
Returning a faulty item
If an item is faulty and was purchased less than 30 days ago, please return to us with the item and follow the returns process details above for an exchange or refund.
If this 30-day period has passed, we will offer a repair or replacement if you report the fault within 12 months of purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s) we will provide you with a refund. After 12 months, your statutory rights as a consumer will continue to apply.
For faulty goods reported after 6 months you must be able to show that the fault was present when delivered to you.

You may also return faulty items by post to our Warehouse. The address is below:
Pneumatic Engineering – Returns: Compression House, Starcarr Lane, Brandesburton, Driffield, East Yorkshire YO25 8RU. Original packaging, all accessories and order number must be included. Postage charges will be refunded once the fault has been accepted.
Cancelling an order
Cancelling an order once the items have been shipped will be subject to a 20% handling fee and return shipping costs must be covered by yourselves. If the manufacturer will not accept a return we unfortunately will not be able to accept a return and will not be able to offer a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded if an item is returned.

Once a return is processed we will then contact you notifying you of approval or rejection. All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and refunded money will be issued to the original payment source.
Prices & VAT
All prices seen on our website are in GBP and are subject to VAT at the current rate. The price payable for each item is as set out on our website when you place an order. Occasionally an error may occur, and items may be priced incorrectly, when this does happen we reserve the right to correct the price and are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
